VALENTINÉ A. PAGAN

Valentiné A. Pagan thoroughly enjoys immersing herself in and tackling complex matters. 

 

Prior to joining Berger Fink LLP, Valentiné worked for boutique law firms centered in downtown Manhattan and in downtown Brooklyn in practices focused on all aspects of real estate and landlord-tenant litigation. In addition to handling cases from their inception in both Supreme and Civil Courts, by drafting predicate notices and/or summons and complaints, through enforcement proceedings, she has handled numerous appeals and is well-versed in transactional drafting. 

 

Her prior experience also includes time working for the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs’ Legal Division, the Legal Aid Society Criminal Appeals Bureau, interning for the Hon. Dora L. Irizarry of the Eastern District of New York, and the New York State Division of Human Rights.

Valentiné obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Yale University in 2008, where she majored in History. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2011, where she participated in the Moot Court Honor Society’s National Appellate Advocacy team and won various accolades, including the Alexander and Emily Mehr Memorial Prize for excellence in Moot Court competitions at graduation.
