Stephanie S. Lim

Stephanie S. Lim has extensive litigation experience in complex landlord-tenant, real estate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Berger Fink LLP, Stephanie practiced at a large, national insurance defense firm, specializing in premises liability and property damage litigation, and is proficient in all aspects of litigation at the state and federal levels.
Stephanie has a well-established career representing New York City landlords in residential and commercial matters, including evictions, navigating rent regulations and negotiating complex leases.
Stephanie received her Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law, and was awarded the Jacob Burns Medal for her service as editor-in-chief of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. During
law school, Stephanie also represented disadvantaged clients through her work with the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic, and achieved a Montefiore-Einstein Certificate of Bioethics and Medical Humanities.
Prior to entering law school, Stephanie earned a Master of Science with Merit in Biopharmaceuticals from King’s College University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences and Philosophy at Smith College.
