Throughout her career, Leslie Perez-Bennie has concentrated on civil appeals, complex real estate litigation and commercial litigation. She is well-versed in rent stabilization, commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, constructive trust, partition, title disputes, and post-arbitration proceedings.
Leslie is an accomplished appellate advocate, having prepared numerous appeals and argued before the Appellate Division and the Appellate Term. Leslie’s representative appeals and cases include:
